At Butterfly Pakistan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp or email with your order number and photos of the item within 7 days of receipt.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and still has all original Butterfly Pakistan tags and packaging intact for a successful verification.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Once your request is approved, securely pack the item and ship it back to our fulfillment center using a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your exchange shipment or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
