What are the shipping charges for orders within Pakistan?
We offer a flat shipping rate of PKR 200 across Pakistan. However, all orders above PKR 3,000 qualify for free standard delivery.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days for major cities and 5 to 7 working days for remote areas.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), as well as secure online payments via Visa, Mastercard, and popular mobile wallets like EasyPaisa and JazzCash.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can exchange any unused item with original tags within 7 days of purchase. Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective.
How do I ensure I pick the right size?
Each product page features a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring a similar garment you own to compare against our measurements for the perfect fit.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are processed for shipping. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
